Can't login with FTP

Hi,

I can't seem to login with my ftp client.
The web-based webdisk seems to work just fine.

Im getting a "530. Login incorrect" error when trying to log in with Core FTP.

I've checked out my Users, tried changing my password, as well as creating a 2nd user with permissions. Neither seem to work.

I hope you can help me solve this problem.

Sounds like you're omitting the domain name. This KB article should set you on your way.

Seems i looked over the fact that User must be: user@domain.com.
