I must be missing something with FTP

I've tried logging in to my site through FTP (ftp.harmonixer.com) with my normal admin name and password, but it keeps saying that my password is not correct. I can log into my site management dashboard, but the file viewer, well, it doesn't seem to show my files.

Shall I just wait and this will resolve? Or am I doing something wrong?

Login should be of the format <user>@<domain>. If you're still having troubles, pm me the login that you're using.
