Cannot log in to Squirrel Mail

Everytime I try to log in to my e-mail account via mail.ulsterhall.org , I got the following:

ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.

This occurs no matter whom the user.

Your login must be of the form: <user>@<domain>, just like FTP and SSH logins. The login must also be in lowercase.

I'm getting this error all of a sudden. I'm using the full login name with domain, and it's all lowercase.

If you're 100% positive that it's not a typo, PM me or file a ticket with the login and password you are using to login to the mail server.
